Yes, Beak offers a free plan that does not require a credit card to be on file. Free plans are great for light usage of the platform, but when you reach the visitor or tracker limits, you cannot view stats or create additional trackers until the usage during the usage period falls below the Free Plan thresholds.
Usage is always evaluated for a full 30-day period.

Paid plans accumulate usage during a fixed start and end date, and are evaluated one day after the end date of that given period.
Free plans also accumlulate usage, but are always evaluated for last 30 days from current date.
